All very mumsnet this, innit. No surprise there of course.
I now like going to bed at 8.45 after a hot chocolate, and attending a coffee morning at 10.30 three mornings a week, and an afternoon nap. Getting old is wonderful.

MPI, the loss of interest in being at the centre of things socially is something I enjoy nowadays to.
When I was in my 20's and even 30's I'd always want to be in the middle of everything, seen at the right places, out with the right people. Used to get major fear of missing out on things/events/festivals/etc. Now I literally couldn't give a fuck.......so much better and I wish I could adopt my older mindset to my younger self, I would have been so much happier and I was damn happy when I was younger already!!!
